The Bletchley Institute is thrilled to introduce Mentor Circles, a new initiative designed to support and connect our community members in a meaningful and structured way. Mentor Circles are small, focused groups where you can meet every other week with fellow technical professionals who share similar identities, career stages, or interests. Each circle is hosted by a supportive mentor from the Bletchley community, dedicated to guiding discussions and sharing insights
How does it work?
Sign up in the Bletchley Discord server, selecting the circle that’s best for you. Circles will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who Can Join?
Mentors: We invite our existing mentors to host a circle, providing an excellent opportunity to give back, sharing their knowledge and experience with the community. Interested in becoming a mentor? Apply here!
Mentees: This opportunity is open to anyone who has joined the Bletchley Discord community and is looking to connect with mentors and peers. Not a member of our Discord community yet? Join here!
When?
Sign-ups are open now and will close on August 14. Mentor Circles will begin the following week, running on a 6-week cycle with meetings every other week.
