Evan Hynes is the CEO & Co-Founder of Climatebase, where he is focused on accelerating climate solutions by building products, community, and career pathways to empower the climate workforce. Evan was born and raised in Berkeley, California. He studied fine art and technology entrepreneurship at University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to launching Climatebase, Evan was a founding team member of the Y Combinator-back edtech company Make School, where he worked to expand technology education programs across the US and Asia. Today, the focus of Evan’s work at Climatebase is clear: mobilizing talent to accelerate climate solutions.
