Ali Feldhausen

Director of Career Development at All Tech is Human

Ali Feldhausen is the Director of Tekalo and Career Development at All Tech is Human, where they oversee Tekalo, the social impact talent platform, and career development programming.

Before joining ATIH, Ali was the Director of Insights and Engagement at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Talent and Workforce Development’s Tech Talent Pipeline (TTP). While at TTP, they were responsible for overseeing the CUNY 2X Tech Initiative, maintaining partnerships across the tech ecosystem with employers and education providers, and leading the CUNY Computer Science Career Development Council, a consortium of career development specialists from across CUNY. 

Ali has written articles on transportation and labor policy for WNYC, drafted the Gender Parity Strategy to promote greater workforce gender diversity at the UNFPA, and conducted research on domestic worker labor policy in Brazil under the auspices of Columbia and the Fulbright Programs. They hold a B.A in International Relations from Scripps College and Master of International Affairs with a specialization in Technology, Media, and Communications from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
