As a Customer Support Specialist, you will resolve customer issues and requests on all Clear Capital products while building valued relationships. In this role you will have the opportunity to interface with business professionals from major lenders, Wall Street firms, Major Government Sponsored Entities and Loan Servicing Organizations and be a part of a growing finance technology company.

What you will work on

  • Foster positive customer relationships through day to day interaction
  • Respond to high priority voice and email requests
  • Provide status updates on orders
  • Monitor customer onboarding and process implementations
  • Facilitate order completion and correction
  • Work with other departments within the organization to help process workflow and ensure customer needs are met

  • Self-motivated problem solver who can take ownership of tasks and assigned projects
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus Real Estate industry experience a plus Flexible scheduling, especially at times of peak volume
  • Ability to work additional scheduled hours when needed
