About the team:
Domain Knowledge is a new function focused on building services trades expertise through in-depth research across trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. By leveraging our trades expertise and deep understanding of the needs of our customers, we aim to drive a superior user experience and build customer trust. Our mission is to improve the user experience by actioning on our research findings, inform strategic initiatives, and drive decisions across the organization by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This function will be responsible for developing and running the trade research process, building a knowledge base, disseminating information and learnings across the organization and owning various inputs to our core content like the Homeowner Q&A. We work closely with several teams including product, design, analytics, data science, marketing, care, and operations.
What you’ll do:
As a Product Analyst on the Domain Knowledge team, you'll play a crucial role in using data and research to improve the customer experience.
